We have finished today the First Part of the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Mālā “The Enrolment”. It is the selective and preparatory part of the programme. It creates union, self-confidence and discipline. I’m very glad, this big group (more that 42 practitioners) got fully “intoned”. They are motivated and dedicated. Everything can be achieved now, for sure. I’m leaving tomorrow for Shanghai but we will be together all the times … in the study, practice and teaching of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa.
